Safety

The interior is wrapped in a comprehensive 7-airbag system as standard, including a specialized front-centre airbag designed to stop the front passenger and driver from colliding in a side impact.

Active protection is standard across the entire range. The built-in MG Pilot active safety suite introduces advanced tech, including Active Emergency Braking with Pedestrian and Cyclist Detection, Forward Collision Warning, and Lane Keep Assist.

Powertrain

Drivers can choose between two advanced LFP battery variants. The Standard Range uses a 43kWh battery paired with a 149hp (110kW) motor, while the Long Range steps up to a 54kWh battery coupled with a 160hp (118kW) setup.

The Standard Range delivers an impressive 201 miles of WLTP range, which stretches to an outstanding 258 miles on Long Range versions. Supporting DC rapid charging speeds up to 87kW, the Urban can replenish its battery from 10% to 80% in just 28 to 30 minutes. Regenerative braking works intelligently across 4 custom modes to harvest energy every time you slow down, which works alongside 5 selectable Drive Modes (including a sharp Sport mode) to suit your personal rhythm.
