Richie is great and not a ‘pushy’ sales person in the slightest, he is just someone genuinely trying to help and give the best service. Myself and my husband have had an amazing experience buying a new car from Charlie at MG Durham. From the start of the process to the very end, Charlie was always on hand to answer any questions we had and tailored our car to exactly what we wanted. He wasn’t your ‘pushy salesman’. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Whilst looking around for a new car, we went to a lot of different salesrooms, and we found everything we were looking for at MG Durham!

I recently contacted MG Croxdale by email with a view to test driving an EV. The following day I received a phone call from Ritchie informing me of the latest offers on the car i was interested in and offering a test drive the following day. Ritchie was helpful, informative, knowledgeable, in fact all you could ask for. The deal was done and collection arranged. The whole process carried out without hassle or stress (even with a bit of help sourcing a charge point installer). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership and Ritchie. Thank you.

Richie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Super helpful, genuinely funny, kind, and really informative without ever being pushy. He made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable (which isn’t something you usually say about buying a car). We did have to wait around for finance for a bit, but Richie kept things relaxed and friendly throughout, making the time pass far quicker than expected.
